I would like to shout out the leasing staff at the complex. Ms. Stephanie has been assisting me with the application process. I had a minor hiccup occur and she has been more than accommodating to assist me with my rental verification process. I appreciate her assistance with this matter. I am big on customer service and I am amazed at the lengths she has gone to assist me a prospective tenant in a matter that really doesn't concern her..Stephanie called me to explain the actions steps as well as cc me emails that showed her efforts to assist me.
